BRAND STORY

Known for decades as simply the Jewish ‘child protection agency’, Jewish Family and Child Service was in need of a strategic and creative partner that could help them rebrand the agency and find a meaningful way to tell their largely unknown yet remarkable story. An in-depth BP's Brand Discovery process revealed a surprisingly friendly, upbeat agency culture focused on wellness and preventative counselling. One of BP’s first recommendations was to shorten the agency’s name to simply ‘Jewish Family & Child’. This seemingly small change, removing the impersonal word ‘services’, was aimed at helping the agency project a more personal brand message. BP’s rebrand also included a new visual identity featuring a dynamic, multi-coloured logo and the brand position, ‘Every Step of the Way’, reflecting the involvement of Jewish Family & Child at all life stages.
